Construction Scheduler

Construction Schedulers manage deadlines and workers to make sure projects conclude on time. Some of their key responsibilities include gathering data, creating timetables for projects, and meeting deadlines along the way. Schedulers need to have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

Civil Engineer - Senior Level

We are looking for a highly capable senior civil engineer to manage our construction projects. You will be conducting land surveys, allocating resources, supervising multidisciplinary construction teams, and inspecting completed construction projects.

CP Engineer - Entry Level

  • Operate, load, and unloading trucks, like flatbed trucks or dump trucks

  • Clean, sweep, pickup, and maintain the grounds of the facility

  • Operate seasonal grounds maintenance equipment (i.e. small push lawn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, snow blowers, etc.)

  • Operate large, complex riding lawn mowers with variable hydrostatic and/or pneumatic controls (i.e. John Deere model 739 and VentTrac model 4500P) that are equipped with independently controlled cutting decks.

Site Safety and Health Officer

We provide EM 385-1-1 compliant Site Safety Health Officers (SSHO) for Federal Construction Projects. EM 385-1-1 is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Safety and Health manual which sets the Safety and Health standards on all USACE projects and most Federal Construction Projects including Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). Hiring a full-time Site Safety Health Officer is not always cost-effective, especially if your company has more than one Federal Project

Carpenter

We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products.

A carpenter is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.
